What is Airtable?

Airtable is a cloud-based platform for creating and sharing relational databases. The user-friendly interface allows anyone to spin up a database in minutes.

How do I use Airtable with Flowrabbit?

  1. Open the Components Library by clicking on the Components Icon on the left side of the top bar (diamond icon). The Airtable Widget will soon be move out of the Component Library and into the Widget Selection (cloud Icon in the topbar), where the other Ingetration Widgets are.
  2. Click on "Logic."
  3. Place the Airtable Widget on the canvas. Do not place it on a screen.
  4. Double Click the Airtable Widget or Click once and then choose "Configuration" to open the Setting for the Airtable Widget.
  5. Before you can start using your Airtable Widget you need to set it up. Add you API Key, your Airtable URL and choose the operation you want this Widget to perform.
  6. You can (but dont have to) test your Airtable Widget Configuration in the "Test Parameter" and "Test Result" Tabs, using the "Test" Button in the top right corner.
  7. Specify a output variable and output path in the "Output" Tab.
  8. Click "Ok" once you have finished setting up your Airtable Widget.
  9. Connect your Airtable Widget to the relevant screens. To do this, enter the "Data & Logic"-View using the (database Icon) Button on the right of the topbar.
